::My first time going to wendy's i use the drive thru service was great but on my second visit had to go inside because the drive thru was full and confusing the server seem to be new she gave my order to the person who was before me and now this she was accusing me of taking up the meal when she not even see me leave the counter or had anything in my hand it was the guy who was cashing realise what had happened and she didn't have any matters to come and apologize. Seem as if shame was killing her it was the cashier who came a give me my order she was so lucky what day i was on my best behavior

::Went to wendys today first time experience and will be my last 15th april 2024. brought a burger with bacon couldn't even see no burger in it like someone strink it, and then the roll was cold so they put in the microwave which they should never do the picture is the out come. wouldnt even give this to a dog, will not be seeing me again the attitude of the manger was terrible issue was not resolved very disappointed. If i could give zero star i would do better

::I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. The server, Rochelle Brown, simply left the food on the counter and walked away. When we asked, she said we should pick it up ourselves. When I said that's not how food should be just thrown like dogs for a customer to pick up, she started to cuss us out. The supervisor would not take a formal complaint and referred us to the online comments

::It just isn't the same as home, the burger meat was quite different. Manybsoda flavours werent available. But it was fine. The orders came out fast, even for special orders. Impressive staff.

::I'm glad to say that the food is still amazing! My go-to from now on might be the BBQ Ranch salad with Bacon. So filling and flavorful!
