::Absolutely loved this place. I just wish I could’ve stayed longer. The staff, food, drink and entertainment were all amazing. And the little hut/ room adds to the experience and character of the place. I’m definitely coming back on my next visit to JA.

::Will definitely be returning in the future! The resort is tucked away nicely and not over crowded like some of the bigger complexes. The beach cabin was simple yet had everything you needed. Finding your way around was easy and just fun to see all the options available to you. The staff were friendly and great to talk to and just laid back which just added to the relaxing mood of the whole place. Food options in the main buffet were good and varied, also offering 2 a la carte options, the Caribbean fusion was delicious. The views on the beach were spectacular and just swimming in the sea watching the sun rise or set was beautiful. For a 3 star resort it is without a doubt 5 stars in my books.

::Poor service from the staff dining room wouldn't acknowledge you unless you tipped they'll every night at 7.30-8 we went for dinner and had to go find our own cutlery, never got offered a drink would go to the bar ourselves, food has improved over the years.. Was there for 12 days never got a beach towel they had always run out, our cleaner took all our towels and never replaced them, when she did she bought one towel but took 6? Our ac had leaked all over our floor in our room 4 hours later they still hadn't sent someone to look the maintenance man was brilliant, but then it took another 2 hours for the cleaner to come mop up the water... Lovely hotel just very run down the staff arent happy, which then causes issues and the. Customers then complain..

::Not enough room to say how amazing everything was here!!! From the bartenders to the entertainment crew to the housekeepers to the waiters to the lifeguards - friendly and outgoing all the time; they really make you feel welcome. The villa bungalow we stayed in was Fabulous! Such a unique experience! Food was good, bar service was FAST!! Thank you! It was a pleasure being able to experience your beautiful place! Jamaica - no problem!!

::For this trip,our experience was not good at all. We invited four persons from Canada and the United States to come with us because of how great our previous experiences were. We were embarrassed to say the least because it was way below the standard we're used to and boasted of. For the first night, there was hardly anything to eat for dinner and we were just told food items were finished. We went to get beach towels four times during our stay and was unapologetically told that none was available. The buffet dining area was not very clean especially the floors. However, most of the workers were very hospitable. I must mention specially, the servers in the food area and the bartender that worked during the day at the swing bar. Excellent customer service! I believe that if all staff has the vision of keeping and attracting new customers then they will do what it takes to make the experience a great one. Unfortunately, our guests said they would not revisit or recommend the property to anyone. I hope this honest review is taken as a stepping stone to make the necessary improvements where needed.
