  DO NOT USE THIS BANK I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BANK, They lock me out of my online banking too many times!!! They force you to change your password too and make you carry around a stupid token for a code to log in like you are in 2010. HATE THIS BANK BADDDDD.

  I am not able to access online banking for about a month now. Each time I try it say SSL pinning failed. Also, Where is the Linstead branch now located?

  I can no longer recommend this bank. Their attitude has degraded from helpful and welcoming, to unnecessarily difficult and rigid. They are indeed partial in their treatment of you, ie., your presumed wealth. I am speaking specifically about the liguanea branch. I have also found that rather than admit and apologize for errors and oversights, they will outright lie in order to save face. An ugly, unfortunate characteristic, especially for those entrusted with matters surrounding your hard earned money. P.s, the pandemic is still present, insisting on your physical presence in order to have your signature 'witnessed' before a matter can be investigated and resolved is ridiculous. I may or may not have covid, I may or may not be a recluse with no one to act on my behalf. *Please note, the name displayed is not my real name.

  As a FGB customer for over 10 years, I am always delighted by their consistent first class service. When I do encounter any challenges, it is resolved quickly. FGB makes me feel super special. Their customer service agents are polite, and well trained. FGB credit card is the best, it has the lowest intrest rate in the market. It's the only credit card I own.

  Online Banking doesn't work. It always give the error that the session has expired or some authentication error. If you do get to log in, the UX is also terrible. The bank itself is not bad but I wish the online platform was much better. PLEASE FIX!!!!!
