  WHY DOES IT TAKE 3+ MONTHS TO GET MY REFUND TO MY CARD BACK??? SCOTIABANK ALWAYS GIVES ME MY MONEY BACK, WHY NCB FEEL THE NEED TO KEEP MY FUNDS????? WISH I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!

  My daughter has an NCB account and attempted a withdrawal of 25g which was unsuccessful since May 2023 and she has yet to received her money back from NCB. We have been calling since the transaction failed and absolutely no one has been able to give us a positive update. So I'm guessing the money is in space and NCB is the big winner. Well I WON'T STOP calling. I've spoken to 3 sipervisors and managers with avail. NCB the worst bank ever. A set of thieves.

  They close branches to consolidate and save themselves costs. Then they want you to use machines to make deposits and the machines don't work. Then you have to take a number to go to a teller and there are only 2 working. Complete waste of time. Giving you a seat does NOT make the wait time more bearable. No wonder the country's productivity rate is so low.

  Staff was professional but prepare to spend your entire day here. Basic functions such as the ability to have a bank statement available online and on time isn't offered by this bank. One must wait until whenever the bank gets the chance to put it online or spend the entire day in the bank, rather than having it automatically generated online like most modern banks.

  NCB has been growing and the customers are seeking the improvement in the services on offer. The on the go banking area is a welcome change. In house banking unfortunately is still very time consuming. The only option for that is to get there early. The customer service is also on the improvement. Parking at this location should not be a problem as there is additional parking available for NCB customers.
