::The black grinch lady who cleans tables and the security are literally some of the worst people I've ever encountered in my life!!! Had Hanover had another Juici beef, I would've taken myself elsewhere. Closing time is 5 pm, but they remove chairs and block off the walk ways on a regular basis as 4pm approaches so that people can't sit and eat in peace. The security and the grinch who stole patties need customer service classes. No manners and a stink looking face! Normally, I just go where I'm going and mind my business, but these people consistently ruin my lunch break with their made-up closing time!!! The grinch literally gate keeps the tables and chairs! While the half dead security chase her around like a horn dog! Are the seats not for customers? Miserable old hag! Smh, where are the managers!? The moment a better patty shop comes, I'm out and so will a lot of people! Isshy workers thank god the patty a sold 7 out of 10 and thats the best in this parish so far. Sick and sad people.

::I would recommend this place to everybody. Non-veg, veg and vegans. They cater for all and the patties are amazing. Especially if you like it a little spicey. I had the beef patties and I could honestly have eaten half a dozen. Not the most well decorated places but tolerable and the staff are very friendly. The cost of the patties is miniscule. 280Jamaican dollars each.
