::I was trying my very best to find one KFC in Jamaica where I would say have great or even ok customer service, however not to my surprise, I did not find one. It is amazing the level of I don’t give a f attitude the workers have. You have to wait half hour to a hour just to get your order and when you try to get some info and your food that you paid for, it’s like you are being annoying to the people whom are being paid to serve you. KFC Jamaica needs a serious intervention in costumer service. If it was for the taste of the chicken to one would buy here. As bad as the Canadian KFC is I would rather spend my monies there because I am sure to get good costumer service.

::I was in Jamaica for 15 days and everyday was packed from open to close so clearly they ate doing something right. It wasn't until my last day that there lines were short enough to try it. Hell they had only been open for 30 min. I go inside...line not to bad but I waited 35 min to never get my order taken. It appears that a new trainee was on the register. The manager in the office and some people present but not working a station. People were visibally upset and shouting at the workers. These workers actually exchanged words but not disrespectfully. People were asking for more help on the register instead of a new person helping customers. The manager lady says im waiting on people to come to work yet she didn't jump in to help at all. She finally asked someone to help but 2 customers were upset that there was no bbq chicken ready or coleslaw. How does a restaurant that's open 30 min not have enough food ready for the crowds they experience daily. Why is there not enough staff jumping in to help keep customers happy. So even though I didn't get any food. It appears that the food is cheaper than the U.S. the restaurant was at least clean. The security in there didn't care that customers were upset they remained on their phones. Clearly KFC is the place to be but they need to look at a better way to reduce lines and waits if they want to keep money flowing.

::Having gone to several KFC locations around the island, this is not one of my favorites. The operation is outdated and chaotic. The volume of orders should prompt better operational management and a more efficient experience for customers. The waiting is not the problem, it is the order process. In this day and age, it is incredible to see that no mobile app is available for this popular fast food chain. I mean come on. Order and show up with your order number is as easy as technology gets. Inventory management is also terrible. Nothing is more disappointing than hearing (we don't have that) after you waited 30 minutes just to place your order. Maybe it was the time of day I ordered but the original recipe was sub-par. I always stick with the hot wings and I rather not waste money on original again. Last time I visited one of the workers just came out and announced they are not taking orders for 30 mins as they count off for the day. Can't get more unprofessional than that. Simply post a sign that says "no orders between 6pm to 6:30pm". Just amazing I tell you. Drive through is only a convenience to sit in your car. Sometimes it's better if you walk in.

::Of course, it's really busy, so our 45 mins wait was expected. They had no nuggets or Pepsi left. The chicken was good. It's alway an experience to visit KFC in Jamaica, we have to visit every vacation.
