::The teller at the Lucea bank is very unprofessional and unfair. I was told I CANNOT withdraw in the bank for over the limit that the machine is dispensing. And upon asking further question I was told otherwise. You can definitely get the cash once the teller has it. But I guess the teller have other preferences.

::The wait time was almost unbearable. NCB, you need more customer facing employees to efficiently manage the in branch traffic. There is no way a simple transaction should be taking all day.

::The location is great for visiting the bank however parking is an issue. The service is great but the waiting time is long. It definitely needs some expansion given the fact that the bank is extremely popular and the great trust it has built up over decades of history. Now with the pandemic, the issues have only increased with longer lines and delays in processing times.
