::Waiting for over 90 minutes to be served. Forget collecting your number and waiting to be called as friends or tellers get seen as they arrive. Couldn't wait any longer had to leave as my mom is diabetic and about to pass out. What a disgrace.

::0 star actually. Their machines are perpetually on the blink especially when depositing money. They don't take the new bank notes, only one ATM accepts deposits.......I'm starting to think they're trying to prevent people from paying their credit cards on time🙄

::Please tell me why every time my dad gets paid, someone is taking his money out of his account and for 4 months, this bank is not doing a thing about it. He lost over 100 thousand dollars and he’s about to loose his pay he just got today, BECAUSE THE BANK IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! Changed his card 4 times and his account once and he’s still being robbed!!! Who’s gonna give him back all his money he’s loosing? And why isn’t the bank doing anything about it??? I’m so frustrated right now!!!! Somebody needs to do something.

::I wen to Ocho Rios Scotia bank at about 1030 am to a transaction that i was told could not be done online. I did not reach a teller until about 130 and I did not leave the bank until about 2. While there I noticed no special offerings were not being made to senior citizens. A elder man was there from 920 with ticket number 25 and did not go into the bank until after ten and this was after he went and spoke to the security guards. I must say that this is unacceptable and cannot continue. There is no way anyone should waiting in a line that long to do any form of transaction in 2021. You guys really have to improve your service in a timely manner.
