  0 stars I waited over 3 hours waiting in line to withdraw money from my joint account and they wanted me to join line again to speak with a customer service agent.

  The wait is always long... Most times only one or two tellers are available.

  Waited 2 hours in line because only one teller was working while the manager strolled around leisurely. Worst banking experience
