::It was the worst bank I have ever visited. From joining the queue to getting served was nearly 4 hours and spent about 4 minutes with the teller who gave me wrong information, so I didn't get to accomplish what I initially went in there for. It's such a waste of time. Staff were just chatting with each other while customers were frustratingly waiting to be served. Security guards pick and choosing who to send in to be served. It's ridiculous

::To do business in Jamaica is very difficult as a black Jamaican. I come to this branch to open a personal account. Based on the information they want and they give me that were on their website, they told me those information I cannot obtain an account. They didn’t know I came here with one of my white friend from the states got through so much faster than I did. I didn’t even make it through the second door. I did not know you have to have so call links to have a bank account in Jamaica. Not even the FLA asked for information like how they do. As a business owner from the USA, coming back to Jamaica to help build the economy by offering employment. This is one the reasons why Jamaica and Jamaican can’t have a successful economy…

::This truly deserves no star. Poor service, don't even bother! It's a waste of your time! Trying to open an account from last year with them, followed all instructions and they said to wait on an email that never came!!!!!! Tried again, and this time they are telling me after waiting for 2 hours after the time of my appointment elapsed, that I need verification from an accountant, THE ACCOUNT IS WITH THEM!!! WHY DO I NEED A VERIFICATION!!!!! OTHER BANKS ACCEPT A REGISTRATION AND BANK STATEMENT!!!! THIS BANK’S SPECIALITY IS WASTING PEOPLE DAY AND TIME!!!!!

::Poor service. Wait for hours and they’re always having system problem, and telling you there unable to open account and replace card, like always! Guess I’m suppose to go to another branch after waiting hours in this one to replace my card that their machine took. How perfect. :).

::Takes a very long time to get simple tasks done. Sometimes only 1 associate working to deal with bank accounts even when there is a large number of persons waiting. Waited for almost 2 hours for them to reach #96 and when I entered they were at # 85.
