::This is a very quiet residential area in Mandeville. Its nice and cool and maintains its balance with nature. Lots of trees and foliage. Views of the NCU campus..close to high schools such as Belair, Decartret, Mt. st. Joseph, et al.... So its a popular area for boarders.
