::Very disappointed with JMMB!!! Recently a fraudulent charge appeared on my account from a free trial I had done. However, I closed my account before the trial was up so there would have been no charge. Still my account was charged a few days ago. After trying to contact the merchant unsuccessfully I later realized it was a scam! This company will clearly seek to withdraw monthly from my account even though I am doing no business with them. I have proof of this but when I called JMMB to assist, they literally told me that they could no nothing and I would have to contact the merchant. I had already told them that the merchant is a scam and unable to be contacted and they still would not assist!!! I can’t believe JMMB. Seriously reconsidering my future with this bank.

::CONSIDER JMMB AS AN ALTERNATIVE I have a relatively new relationship with JMMB, I was referred by a friend and it was a great first impression. Much better treatment, service, rates, offers and communication than any of the other institutions I have been a member of for 10+ years. I am pleased. I would recommend and am recommending them to everyone I know, including YOU. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

::JMMB is supposed to be the agent for XOOM. That's where the form must be dropped off so that they can receive the funds and transfer the amount to the requested bank. But, it's NOT working!! When confirmation is received from XOOM that they have delivered funds and the sender's bank account shows the money was debited, then anyone would expect for the money to be in the receiver's bank account. Furthermore, when the receiver gets a text from the bank that the money is there, then it is expected that a credit is in the receiver's account. But, apparently JMMB holds up the money for days and doesn't send the funds to the requested bank. So, the receiver has to be running from JMMB Portmore to be specific to COKE to be specific with no one at both financial institutions knowing what the other is doing. If JMMB cannot process the funds in a timely manner and deliver to the requested bank, then why partner with XOOM? XOOM needs to partner with a bank in Jamaica that's more capable of carrying out such transactions in a timely manner.

::I had to involuntarily use Jmmb to get a bank deposit from Xoom. The requested documents, which I provided. Then took 3 days to simply add my name to a list! Something that should have taken me 15 mins took 3 days! Very dissatisfied with there lack of communication during the process and the limited information they provided. It gave Upwork, Xoom and Jmmb bad reputations in my book when simple things take days to resolve without a customer update.
